Arguments

score: gleam_score object.
by: Grouping metadata columns.
fun: Aggregation function.
threshold: Threshold used by fraction.
top_n: Optional top signatures by variance.
palette: Continuous palette name or custom colors.
theme_params: Optional list passed to gleam_theme().
